CEO of Green Eagle Tech Co. Eng. Ahmed Al-Sabry, and the company’s scientific research advisor Dr. Saeed Khalil, are following up on the experiment of the Floppy Sprinkler Farafra project on an area of 5,000 acres.
In a precedent, the first of its kind in the Middle East, the “Floppy Sprinkler” irrigation system is applied to produce healthy and safe crops. This system is sustainable with a period of time that starts from 30 years and may reach 60 years, at a cost of only 30,000 pounds per acre.
Eng. Ahmed Al-Sabry, CEO of Green Eagle Tech, the exclusive agent in Egypt for the implementation of the floppy sprinkler system, explains that Floppy Sprinkler works with a rain simulation system; so that the water is distributed in a symmetric manner and through it the required elements of the soil are measured, whether they are fertilizers or temperature humidity.
This system reduces 50% of mineral fertilizers in addition to not using any kind of pesticides.
